The second annual LGBTQ+ Senior Summit, hosted by Philadelphia Gay News at the John C. Anderson Apartments (JCAA), honored local leaders supporting the queer community. Residents Mary Groce and Suz Atlas were recognized for creating the JCAA newsletter, which keeps residents connected to community and city events. Ed Miller and the Elder Initiative at William Way LGBT Community Center were also highlighted for their work advocating for LGBTQ+ older adults.
