It took police 90 minutes to arrive at the scene. No one was arrested, to my knowledge. I want to move away from Philadelphia.”

“Fortunately, I’ve never had that experience. Neither have my friends, to my knowledge. I always take precautions when I go out. I’m aware of my surroundings. At night, I try to be very careful.”

“Yes, I was stabbed in my leg by someone. It happened 12 years ago. The person also stole $40 from me. It happened at 17th and Pine streets. I was just minding my own business when I was accosted. I filed a police report. But nothing ever came of it.”
