A bridal shop in Bloomsburg reportedly denied wedding gowns to a same-sex couple because of their sexual orientation.
According to Bloom U Today, WW Bridal on Market Street in Bloomsburg refused to schedule an appointment for the two women when the owner learned the customers were a same-sex couple.
A Facbebook post from the woman who was turned away said the owner cited religious reasons.
Pennsylvania does not have a law banning discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, and Bloomsburg is not one of the several-dozen municipalities that bans LGBT discrimination.
