INCIDENTS

— At 2:30 a.m. June 8 (reported 11:20 a.m. June 9), a man was ejected from Voyeur Nightclub, 1221 St. James St., for being highly intoxicated and vomiting on the floor. The man was sitting on the curb outside the club when four black males and a black female approached him and demanded his belongings, stealing an iPhone and wallet. One suspect was in his late 30s, with a dark complexion and short hair; the second had dreadlocks; and the woman was wearing a white dress.

— At 4:30 a.m. June 3, police responded to an alarm in the 100 block of South 13th Street and found a fourth-floor office that had a hole broken through from the hallway wall. Two laptops were missing, and Central Detective Division responded to process the scene for evidence. Security video showed the suspect to be a 6-foot-3 thin white male wearing a blue hoodie. The suspect has been identified as Francis Caracciolo, and investigators have issued a warrant for his arrest.

— At 8:15 p.m. June 5, two people tried to steal a woman’s handbag that was hanging on her chair inside El Vez, 121 S. 13th St. The woman confronted the suspects, who fled empty-handed east on Sansom Street, then north on 12th Street. The suspects were described as a 5-foot-4 black female in her 20s with a green cropped shirt and a 5-foot-10 black male in his 20’s, wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt.

NON-SUMMARY ARRESTS

— On June 3, Sixth District plainclothes Officers Ferrero and Grant set up surveillance in the area of Juniper and Spruce streets and at 11:10 a.m. observed a man steal an unattended bicycle from outside 308 S. Juniper St. The 50-year-old suspect with a Nicetown address was charged with theft.

— At 9:50 p.m. June 5, a woman’s handbag was stolen from her chair inside Aki Sushi, 1210 Walnut St. Security video showed the suspects to be a 5-foot-10, 210-pound black female with long hair, wearing white pants and a blue leather shirt, and a 5-foot-10, 185-pound black male, wearing a baseball cap, camo pants and a blue shirt. The next day, the male was apprehended at 4500 Spruce St. after he allegedly attempted another theft at an outdoor café. The 24-year-old with a North Philadelphia address was charged with this theft, and the female accomplice has been identified. Additional charges are expected.

— At 2:30 a.m. June 6, Sixth District Officers Macchione and Cifelli responded to an auto accident at 200 S. 13th St. The operator was arrested for DUI. Further investigation reveled the operator to be wanted for two robberies on Jan. 17, one inside a hotel room at 10 S. Broad St. and the other inside an apartment in the 1200 block of Walnut Street. The 33-year-old Germantown man was charged with two counts of robbery and related offenses and DUI.

— At 9:25 a.m. June 4, officers assigned to the Sixth District Narcotics Enforcement Team observed a narcotics transaction outside 938 Market St. A 44-year-old suspect with a Northeast Philadelphia address was charged with illegal narcotics sales, and a 44-year-old suspect with a Roxborough address was charged with possession of narcotics. A quantity of narcotic pills and cash was recovered.

— At 9:40 a.m. June 5, officers assigned to the Sixth District Narcotics Enforcement Team observed a narcotics transaction outside 1001 Chestnut St. A 32-year-old suspect with a Mayfair address was charged with illegal narcotics sales. A quantity of narcotic pills and cash was recovered.
