IBA Sails with Pride 1:30-4 p.m. LGBT Chamber of Commerce Independence Business Alliance hits the Delaware River with the second annual Pride lunch, which includes an open mimosa, wine and Bloody Mary bar, as well as a cash bar for other cocktails.
