UPDATE: Police arrested two men in the Nov. 10 brutal beating of an ICandy patron. Arrested were Matthew Morris and Miguel Maldonado, who are both charged with robbery, assault and related offenses.

INCIDENTS

— At 3 a.m. Dec. 3, a complainant was walking past the Parker Spruce Hotel, 261 S. 13th St., when a man approached screaming and pulled a knife, stabbing the victim in the wrist. The suspect was described as black, between 25-30, 5-foot-9, thin, wearing a blonde wig, a pink top and black tights. — Between 11:30 a.m.-5:50 p.m. Dec. 3, someone stole a secured bicycle from outside 1208 Pine St. — At 2:30 a.m. Dec. 5 (reported Dec. 6), a man was walking from Voyeur Nightclub and was in the 200 block of South 13th Street when a male stole his wallet from his pants pocket. They struggled and both fell to the ground. The culprit then fled with the wallet. He was described as a black male in his 30s, 6-foot-3, thin, with short hair. — At 3:10 p.m. Dec. 6, a man was seen stealing packages from an apartment building in the 400 block of South 13th Street that had been delivered earlier in the day. The suspect was described as black, 5-foot-8, wearing a black jacket, white sneakers and a brown winter hat. — Between 3-3:10 a.m. Dec. 7, someone stole an unsecured bicycle from outside 209 S. 13th St.

NON-SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 3:27 a.m. Dec. 2, while on patrol, 6th District Bike Officer Stone observed a male snatch a woman’s handbag in the 1300 block of Locust Street. Stone engaged in a foot pursuit and apprehended the suspect a short distance away. The 33-year-old suspect with a Germantown address was charged with robbery and related offenses. — At 1:35 p.m. Dec. 4, Center City District Officers arrested a man outside 1200 Manning St. who was wanted on a warrant for probation violations. The 42-year-old suspect with a North Philadelphia address was charged with escape. — At 2 p.m. Dec. 4, Center City District Officers arrested a man outside 1200 Manning St. who was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear for court. The 48-year-old suspect with a homeless-shelter address was charged with contempt of court. — At 3:15 a.m. Dec. 7, 6th District Police Officer Auman investigated a 2000 Mercury outside 265 S. 11th St. and found that it had been reported stolen from Audubon, N.J. The 27-year-old operator was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of auto and related offenses. — At 8:25 a.m. Dec. 7, 6th District Officer Hill arrested a woman who was identified as throwing a glass bottle through a window at IHop, 1320 Walnut St. The 29-year-old suspect with an Overbrook address was charged with criminal mischief. — At 12:35 p.m. Dec. 7, 6th District Plainclothes Officers Keller and Rossi observed a man writing on newspaper boxes with a marker in the 1000 block of Market Street. The 29-year-old suspect with a Port Richmond address was charged with graffiti-defacing property. — At 4 a.m. Dec. 8, 6th District Officers Erwin and Stone observed a disturbance outside 200 S. 13th St. and ascertained that a male refused to pay a taxi-cab fare. The 27-year-old suspect with a Fishtown address was charged with theft of services.
