Philadelphia Business Journal unveiled its 2013 Top LGBT-Owned Company Awards Dec. 2 at Cuba Libre. The publication, in partnership with PGN, honored 25 area businesses helmed by out LGBT owners, and whose companies range from four employees to more than 3,000.
