NJ judge rules on same-sex marriage

BREAKING NEWS: New Jersey same-sex couples will be allowed to marry starting Oct. 21, ruled a judge from the Mercer County Superior Court.

Judge Mary Jacobson stated, “same sex couples must be allowed to marry in order to obtain equal protection of the law under the New Jersey Constitution.”

Executive director of Garden State Equality told PGN this was a massive step forward for equality in New Jersey, but said the motion could be challenged.
