State Rep. Brian Sims spoke to a crowd of about 75 of his constituents at his first town-hall meeting for residents of the 182nd District. The event was held at Community College of Philadelphia Feb. 26 and allowed Sims to brief district residents on the work he’s been doing in his first weeks in office and to lead a dialogue on such issues as the impact of the possible privatization of liquor sales and the Actual Value Initiative in the 182nd.
