    INCIDENTS REPORTED

    — At 3:35 p.m. June 25, a woman was walking in the 200 block of South 13th Street when a male grabbed her cell phone from her tote bag. She then grabbed it back and the male pushed her against a fence, took the phone and fled west on Locust. The suspect was described as a black male in his 20s, 6-foot-3 and wearing tan cargo shorts and a black T-shirt.

    — At 3:15 p.m. June 26, a male snatched a cell phone from the victim’s hand while they were on the westbound Market-Frankford train. The perpetrator exited at the 11th and Market streets station and was described as a black male, 16-18 years old, 5-foot-7, thin, with flat-top haircut and wearing a white T-shirt and dark-blue basketball shorts.

    — At 5:15 p.m. June 26, two males snatched a cell phone from the victim’s hand while they were descending the stairs to the Broad Street Subway at 123 S. Broad St. The suspects were described as black males; one was thin and wearing tan cargo shorts and the other was about 18 years old, thin and wearing jean shorts and a baseball cap.

    — At 1:15 p.m. June 27, a man was on the 400 block of South 13th Street when a female pretending to know him approached and hugged him. The victim told her he did not know her and she left in a silver SUV. The man then discovered money missing from his pants pocket. The suspect was described as a Hispanic female, 50 years old, 5-foot-5, 140 pounds with reddish brown hair and wearing a light T-shirt and sunglasses.

    — At 8:45 a.m. June 29, a male was inside Good to Go, 1001 Market St., and as he went to make a purchase, grabbed the money from the register and fled through the Market East station. The suspect was described as a black male, 20 years old, 5-foot-7, with a thin build and dark complexion and wearing all black clothing.

    — At 11:40 p.m. June 29, a male took $14 off the bar inside Uncles, 1220 Locust St., and fled. The suspect was described as a black male, 5-foot-9 and wearing a red shirt and red shorts.

    — Between 6:30 p.m. June 28 and 7:15 p.m. June 30, a secured bicycle was stolen from outside 1245 Lombard St.

    — At 12:30 p.m. June 30, a man and his wife were in an argument with a male outside 123 S. Broad St. when the male sprayed them with mace and swung a baseball bat at them — and fortunately missed — then fled. The suspect was described as a black male, 30-40 years old, 6-foot, 250 pounds, bald and wearing a red baseball cap, blue checkered shorts and a blue muscle shirt.

    — Between 8-10:30 p.m. June 30, someone entered a residence in the 800 block of Lombard Street with a key and stole computers, jewelry and cameras. There were no fingerprints recovered at the scene. Names of other person(s) with a key for the property were provided to Central Detective Division.

    — At 12:45 a.m. July 1, a male entered the Westbury Bar, 261 S. 13th St., simulated having a weapon under his shirt and ordered the employee to open the cash register. The employee refused and the male fled from the bar; nothing was taken. The suspect was described as a white male, 45-48 years old, 5-foot-6, 155 pounds, bald with tattoos on neck and a teardrop tattoo under his eye, and wearing a black T-shirt with white writing.

    — At 9:50 p.m. July 1, an employee of Garces Trading Company, 215 S. Quince St., was sitting behind the restaurant on a break when a male hit him on the neck with an unknown object and took his Droid phone. The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, 6-foot and wearing a white button-down shirt and dark pants.

    NON-SUMMARY ARRESTS

    — At 10:30 p.m. June 28, 6th District Officers Duncan and Burrell arrested a male wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear for court outside 1219 Spruce St. The 36-year-old suspect with a West Philadelphia address was charged with contempt of court.

    SUMMARY OFFENSE ARRESTS

    — On June 28, 6th District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 388 S. 12th St. at 12:40 a.m.

    — On June 29, 6th District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 300 S. 12th St. at 1:55 a.m.
