Gayborhood Crime Watch: Dec. 28 – Jan. 3, 2016

INCIDENTS

— Between 11 p.m. Dec. 30 and 11 p.m. Jan. 1, someone stole a laptop, iPad and camera from an apartment in the 1300 block of Spruce Street. There was no forced entry. Six District Sgt. Devlin attempted to lift fingerprints.

 

— Between 6-6:20 p.m. Jan. 2, someone stole a 2014 Ford truck whose driver had left the keys inside as he made a delivery at 1321 Sansom St.

— There was one theft from a parked vehicle reported Dec. 28-Jan. 3: outside 1300 Locust St.

— There were two bicycle thefts reported Dec. 28-Jan. 3: outside 132 S. 11th St. and 1141 Pine St.

— Between 10:30 p.m. Dec. 31 and 12:30 a.m. Jan. 1, someone stole items from an apartment in the 900 block of Clinton Street. The resident had accidentally left the door open. Some items were recovered in an alley in the 1000 block of Spruce Street. Sixth District Officer Kennan lifted fingerprints. 

NON-SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 8:50 a.m. Dec. 31, officers assigned to the Central Service Detail arrested a man outside 800 Chestnut St. who was wanted on a warrant for probation violations. The 32-year-old with a shelter address was charged as an escaped prisoner.

— At 12:05 a.m. Dec. 20, Sixth District officers observed a man with his pants down engaged in a lewd act outside 301 S. Iseminger St. The 49-year-old with a Levittown address was charged with open lewdness.

SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 9 p.m. Dec. 29, Sixth District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 1200 Chestnut St.

— At 12:30 a.m. Dec. 31, Sixth District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 201 S. Broad St.

— On Jan. 1, Sixth District officers issued a citation for a summary offense at 12:10 a.m. outside 1200 Sansom St. and 1:05 a.m. outside 1200 Chancellor St.

— At 12:30 a.m. Jan. 2, Sixth District officers issued two citations for summary offenses outside 200 S. Camac St.
