INCIDENTS

— At 11 p.m. Nov. 6, a man was approached at 1200 Market St. by a group of five black males who asked what he had. The man gave them a phone and $30 cash and they walked him to an ATM at Broad and Sansom streets to attempt to withdraw money. The victim went home to South Philadelphia before reporting the incident to police. — Between 11:15 a.m.-7:15 p.m. Nov. 8, someone stole a FedEx package left in the common hallway of an apartment building in the 400 block of South 13th Street. — At 11 p.m. Nov. 9, a group of males jumped on the hood of a taxi in the 1300 block of Drury Street and began screaming. The passenger got out and the group punched and kicked him several times and then fled east. The suspects were described as white males, between 20-25. One had long blond hair and was wearing an Eagles jacket and another had brown hair and was wearing a Flyers jacket. — At 2 a.m. Nov. 10, a complainant left ICandy, 254 S. 12th St., to walk towards South Philadelphia and was assaulted, with jewelry and cash being stolen. There was no description of any suspects. The report was made at 6 p.m. to the 3rd District.

NON-SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 2 p.m. Nov. 8, 6th District Narcotic Enforcement officers investigated a male outside 1300 Market St. and found in his possession a quantity of narcotics pills and marijuana. The 28-year-old was charged with possession of illegal narcotics. — On Nov. 8, the 6th District Narcotic Enforcement Team set up surveillance in the area of 10th and Market streets and observed an illegal narcotics transaction. The alleged seller, a 32-year-old female from Southwest Philadelphia, was charged with illegal narcotics sales, and a 32-year-old male from South Philadelphia was charged with possession of illegal narcotics. — At 3:45 p.m. Nov. 9, 6th District Officer Blackburn arrested a 61-year-old Pittsburgh man at Juniper and Pine streets for driving under the influence. — At 11:30 a.m. Nov. 10, 6th District Officers Cash and Keller arrested a male outside 200 S. 13th St. who was wanted on a warrant for probation violations. The 34-year-old suspect with a Mt. Airy address was charged with escape. — At 7:15 p.m. Nov. 10, 6th District officers arrested a male in the 1300 block of Spruce Street who was armed with a knife. He was charged with domestic assault.

SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 11:25 a.m. Nov. 4, 6th District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 1300 Walnut St. — On Nov. 7, 6th District officers issued citations at 1:30 a.m. outside 100 S. 12th St., 10:15 a.m. outside 1300 Walnut St., 12:45 p.m. outside 1000 Market St. and 8:40 p.m. outside 203 S. Juniper St. —On Nov. 9, 6th District officers issued citations at 1:45 a.m. inside ICandy, 254 S. 12th St., for presenting false ID to obtain alcoholic beverages, and at 8:50 p.m. outside 1200 Locust St. for summary offenses. — On Nov. 10, 6th District officers issued citations for summary offenses at 1:30 a.m. outside 1300 Sansom St. and 1:40 a.m. outside 1300 Walnut St.
