INCIDENTS

— Between 5:15 p.m. Oct. 27 and 3 p.m. Oct. 28, someone stole a secured bicycle from outside 150 S. Juniper St. — At 2:05 p.m. Oct. 31, a woman left a bank at 12th and Chestnut streets after making a withdrawal and a male approached her at 12th and Ludlow streets. He asked her a question and reached into her coat pocket to remove the money envelope. The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, bald and wearing a yellow jacket. — At 5:20 p.m. Oct. 31, a woman was pushing a stroller outside 901 Lombard St. when two males snatched an iPhone from the holder on the stroller and fled north on Hutchinson Street. The suspects were described as black males, both 6-foot-1, wearing all dark clothing. One had a red backpack. — At 10:20 p.m. Oct. 31, a woman was approached from behind in the 300 block of South Camac Street and two men snatched a cell phone from her hand. The suspects were described as black males wearing dark hoodies and jeans. One had a backpack. — At 10:50 p.m. Oct. 31, a male entered the 7-11 at 932 Market St. and simulated having a weapon in a rolled-up newspaper. He ordered the clerk to put money and cigarettes into a bag. The clerk complied. The suspect was described as a black male in his 40s, 6-foot-2, with a dark complexion and wearing a gray jacket, gray hat and dark pants. Central Detectives processed the scene for evidence. — At 3 a.m. Nov. 1, a complainant was approached from behind in the 900 block of Pine Street, punched and had a cell phone stolen by a black male on a bicycle. — At 7:45 p.m. Nov. 1, a complainant set a shoulder bag down on the floor inside Varalli, 231 S. Broad St., and a male stole it and ran north on Broad Street. The suspect was described as a white male, short, bald and wearing glasses and a black jacket. — At 1 a.m. Nov. 2, a woman was outside Woody’s Bar, 202 S. 13th St., when two males punch her and stole her iPhone and $100. The victim was intoxicated and could not provide any further description of the suspects. — At 1:55 a.m. Nov. 2, a complainant was walking with a group of intoxicated friends outside 24 S. 12th St. when a group of people walked by. Words were exchanged and someone picked up a traffic cone and struck the complainant in the face, causing a gash. The suspect was only described as a black male with dreadlocks. — At 3:30 a.m. Nov. 3, a man was walking to his 2004 Jeep that was parked in the 1300 block of Sansom Street when a male struck him in the face with an unknown object, stole his car keys and drove off, heading west on Sansom, in the victim’s car. The suspect was described as a black male wearing dark clothing. — Between 2-3:30 p.m. Nov. 3, someone stole a secured bicycle from outside 1300 Chestnut St.

NON-SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 12:45 a.m. Oct. 31, 6th District Officer Williams arrested a male outside 1239 Lombard St. who was wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear for court. The 21-year-old suspect with a South Philadelphia address was charged with contempt of court. — At midnight Nov. 2, a woman’s unattended purse was stolen from inside U Bar, 1220 Locust St. A witness alerted 6th District Officer Butler, who was nearby, and a suspect was stopped and the purse was recovered. The 45-year-old suspect was charged with theft. — At 9 p.m. Nov. 2, in response to a 911 call from a concerned witness, 6th District Narcotic Enforcement Officers investigated a male outside 261 S. 13th St. and found a quantity of crack cocaine in his possession. The 48-year-old suspect with a West Philadelphia address was charged with possession of illegal narcotics. — At 9:15 a.m. Nov. 3, 6th District Officer Cash arrested a male outside 261 S. 13th St. who was wanted on a warrant for probation violations. The 47-year-old suspect with a homeless-shelter address was charged with escape. — At 9:10 p.m. Nov. 3, Center City District officers arrested a male who refused to pay a bar bill at McGillins, 1309 Drury St. The 27-year-old suspect with an Old City address was charged with theft of services. SUMMARY ARRESTS

— At 10:40 a.m. Oct. 30, Center City District officers issued a citation for defiant trespassing inside the Marriott Hotel, 1201 Market St. — On Oct. 30, 6th District officers issued citations for summary offenses at 1:55 p.m. outside 1130 Pine St., 8:05 p.m. outside 1302 Walnut St., and 10:50 p.m. outside 1302 Chancellor St. — At 12:05 a.m. Oct. 31, 6th District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 1319 Locust St. — On Nov. 1, 6th District officers issued citations for summary offenses at 8:15 p.m. outside 201 S. 13th St. and 9:55 p.m. outside 261 S. 13th St. — At 12:10 a.m. Nov. 3, 6th District officers issued a citation for a summary offense outside 203 S. Juniper St.
