Our Tribe Films is an up and coming film company comprised of a trio of African American, lesbian women who strive to make a difference in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered community through documentaries that break stereotypes and provide education and awareness.

The team consists of:

Adrienne Smith, a Widener University graduate student working towards MSW and MED degrees in Human Sexuality; Janine Archer, a self taught and self employed web designer; and Schuyler Edmond. We are all strong advocates for LGBT youth, and against anti-gay bullying and teen suicides in our community. Our goal is to use film making as a medium to spread knowledge and make a difference in the LGBTQ community.

Our motto? Find your tribe, a group of like-minded folks who truly care for and are interested in you. Find those who are willing to really know and love YOU. Surround yourself with the people who do not have to guess what your words mean because they already know. Find those that reflect who you are!
