HOW I MET YOUR MEISTER: “Batman: The Brave The Bold” does a pretty good job of paying homage to golden-age superhero comic books and acknowledging how outlandish they seem at the same time. Case in point: out actor Neil Patrick Harris lends his voice to as Batman’s newest villain, Music Meister, who is able to exert powerful mind-control through song. Wait … that sounds a lot like The Jonas Brothers. Anyway, tune in at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23 on the Cartoon Network.
