Good late evening everyone!!! Happy Pride Month!!! Rasta Boi Punany has still been a busy boi. Traveled to Texas in May and made new contacts, inspired the male illusion for those who were not familiar and has plans to return per request by his new advisor. They thought I was a man...mission accomplished.

Now that it's June and Pride is coming...lets just say Rasta Boi Punany continues to take Philly by storm and will have his very own float celebrating Philadelphia Pride's 25th Anniversary this Sunday. That's right...Mr. Divo International M.I. 2013-2014 will be performing on his very own float and hope you all enjoy the show. After this great experience, Rasta Boi Punany will be volunteering for Pride. Always giving back to the community.

Continuing the journey, Rasta Boi Punany will be performing at Philly's Blender! Trans* Showcase Saturday, June 15th at the Philadelphia Convention Center. That is the end of the weekend...Rasta Boi Punany will also have a table for the entire conference so please stop by and say hello. Appreciated.

Thursday, May 2nd, Rasta Boi Punany will be heading to Ohio for a performance with the first Fierce! International Queer Burlesque Festival.

Heading back to my Home base in Norristown, Saturday, May 4th, Rasta Boi Punany will be performing for Ladies Night at the Beagle Tavern.

Onward, Thursday, May 9th, Rasta Boi Punany will be gracing the stage at the one and only Bob and Barbara's.

Onward, Sunday, May 19th, Rasta Boi Punany will be exercising his Sponsor's offer of traveling to Texas for a competition and bookings for shows offered by my contacts there.

Southern New Jersey GLBT Pride is celebrating Happy International Women's Day (March 8th) and Women's History Month by acknowledging and honoring hard-working community leaders that are the backbone of maintaining dialogue, volunteerism, events and entertainment.

First up, Rochelle L. Johnson! Rochelle is an African-descent female from East Orange, New Jersey, now residing in the Philadelphia area. She is a child of God, having married her soul mate, Delena A. Richards, also from East Orange and is dedicated, loyal and enjoys life, love, God and family.

Rochelle has made many contributions to the Philadelphia area in ways of volunteering for Aetna's Diversity group, ActionAIDs, Octoberfest, a Board member on Elements LGBTQ Womyn of Color Organization and many other non-profit events and organizations. This year she is currently on Philly's DykeMarch organizing committee.

Rochelle is also known as Rasta Boi Punany, Drag King. She has taken Philadelphia by storm winning titles such as Mr. Philadelphia Drag King 2011, Mr. Gay Pride 2011, Philadelphia's Gay News Best Drag King 2011, Mr. Philadelphia Black Gay Pride's 1st Runner-Up 2012, Pittsburgh's The Aggressive One 1st Runner-Up 2012 and is currently Mr. Divo International M.I. King 2013-2014.

Rasta Boi Punany performs regularly in the Philadelphia area having made appearances at Tabu, Bob and Barbara's, Voyeur, Sisters, William Way and many other venues in the area. Rasta Boi Punany is currently entertaining the Ladies on a monthly basis at the Beagle Tavern in Norristown.

Rasta Boi Punany has also become a sponsor, sponsoring events such Philadelphia's Black Gay Pride Kwanzaa event and coming up, the Philadelphia's Blender Trans-Health Conference. Look for more sponsoring events from Rasta Boi Punany in the near future.

Tonight is the night my life will change as a Drag King...I will become an international title holder for the first time. Thank you D.D.I. and my Elegance Family for showing the love and respect.

March continues my reign as the Best Drag King in the Philadelphia area by performing my regular Ladies Night at the Beagle Tavern, Saturday, March 2nd, 1003 E. Main Street, Norristown, PA. Show time 11:30p. No cover charge.

Friday, March 8th, I will be performing my debut as Lord Rasta Duke from the Court of the Most Grand with my First Lady, Sophonda Diamonds at William Way LGBTQ Community Center. Tickets are $10, show time is 7p.

As April rolls around, I'll have my Ladies Night again for the first Saturday of the month at the Beagle Tavern. Then My performance at the Red and White Affair. Details coming soon.

Entering into May, I will be leaving the area to head to Ohio for a performance at a Burlesque Extravaganza. Returning in time to have my Ladies Night show at the Beagle Tavern.

June...Pride Month, I am heading to New York for a performance to celebrate Drag Pride.

It doesn't stop there, however, I will for now. Mark your calenders and know that Rasta Boi Punany will never cease to amaze, tease and make the ladies want more. I have it to give!!!
